The project includes an approximately 22,000 sf two-story building located on a 5 acre parcel at the SE corner of Erskine Junction Way and State Highway 160. The building will be used primarily as a private recreational facility including a bicycle shop, retail food, offices, restrooms, and fitness center. The site will include parking, plaza, clock tower, basketball courts, pool, football, obstacle area, jogging path, and a sprint track.
