This 10,000 s.f. design-build project includes 7,000 s.f. of medical office space plus 3,000 s.f. of future lease space. The medical office includes 13 exam rooms, a treatment and special procedures room, imaging facilities, reception area, three provider rooms, and support facilities.
The architectural character of the building uses bold forms and colors to accentuate a simple building that was designed within a very limited construction budget. Use of sustainable materials and shading devices further enhances the architectural design. Entrances to the building are accentuated with similar bold shapes.
