Pahrump Justice Facility

Location: Pahrump, Nevada

This project, which is scheduled for a fall ‘09 construction completion, consists of an 18,400 s.f. addition and a 4,400 s.f. interior renovation. This includes 12,000 s.f. addition for the Justice Courts, including 2 courtrooms, lobby, conference rooms, and offices. The project also includes a 5,000 s.f. addition to the Sheriff’s Office, including a squad room and evidence storage. The other portions of the project include a small office addition to the District Courts, and interior renovations for the District Attorney Office and Clerk’s Office. The character of the building’s additions re-interpret exisiting elements and materials and create a noticeable focal point as one approaches the facility from the main intersection.
