This 8,000 sf building is based on an approved master plan and use-permit drawings. JVC provided the architectural services for the Phase I portion of the project. Phase I includes the following use: multi-purpose room with seating for up to 350 people, pantry, restrooms, stage (platform), offices, meeting rooms, daycare facilities,and storage.
