This award winning project consists of a two-story building incorporating business offices with tenant lease space. Tenants within the building share a two-story reception area with a conference room that is used by all tenants. Windows, in lieu of walls, that overlook the golf course open up the space and integrate the calm golf course into the structure while also using LEED principals by using daylighting energy to light the conference area.
