JVC Architects earned a Southwest Contractor Outstanding Private Building Under $5 Million Award in 2004 for its contemporary design of this two-story dental office that strikes a balance between individuality and cohesiveness with its surroundings. Made of masonry and stucco, JVC’s design captured natural daylight in every exam room by using courtyards and strategic planning and created continuity of interior and exterior design. JVC incorporated green building design principals, exposed block design, awning and railing installation and infrastructure innovation in technology, audio and video communications.
