Coyote Springs Clubhouse
Location: Coyote Springs, Nevada (Unbuilt)
As the Archtiects of Record, JVC has worked hand-in-hand with Coyote Springs to design a new Clubhouse facility for a new master planned community located outside of Las Vegas. The approximately 28,000 s.f. facility has a PGA Golf Shop, a Bar, a commercial Restaraunt with an interior and exterior dining area. The front of the building has a Porte Cochere providing a distinct visual entry into the buidling.
Located beneath the building is a cart barn that will used for the storage and maintenance of the golf cart fleet.
