ALIANTE COMMUNITY CENTER RENOVATION

Location: Sun City Summerlin, Nevada

The Sun City Aliante Community Center renovation consists of the 24,000 s.f. renovation and addition to the existing 45,000 s.f. building.  Possible renovations options were presented to the Client to enable them to choose the extent of work based on their needs and budget.

Planned is a major interior renovaton which will bring the community center look up to date.  In addition, an expansion, designed to match the existing character of the existing building will provide the needed space to house the needs of the community.
